Marco Dombrowski had always dreamed of having his own restaurant in United States. After having completed his culinary training in the Brazilian restaurant Churrascaria Serrana,Dom Ruffino,Di Pizza,GrillCasagrande, he finally took the chance, and opened his own restaurant in Boca Raton Florida.

Marco bought a store on 22797 State Road 7 and remodeled the place in painstaking detail. What was important to him was to combine restaurant operations with a live music establishment. To be able to do this, the stage had to be perfectly integrated into the restaurant's design.
  
The stage at our restaurant have become an institution in Boca Raton. The delicious food make for a very special experience at Picanha Brazil.
